How It Works

Ring us in the morning, drop off in the afternoon — here's exactly what to expect.

  1. Ring or Text Us in the Morning

Give us a call or send a text in the morning and we'll give you an afternoon slot, preferably the same day. We'd love to hear from you — don't be shy!

  2. Prepare Your Apples

Make sure your apples are clean and free from leaves, twigs and any other debris you wouldn't want in your juice. Any variety is welcome. Don't worry about a few bruises — up to a point! Apples will be checked upon arrival.

  3. Bring Your Apples Down

Drop your apples off in plastic buckets, crates or robust containers — these will be returned to you. Please don't bring cardboard boxes as they aren't suitable. A form will need to be filled out with your name, address and telephone number on arrival.

  4. We Get Pressing

Your apples go through the mill and produce a pomace, which is then transferred to the hydro press. The juice is extracted and goes into the settling barrels, then decanted into glass bottles provided by us. Please don't bring your own bottles — we no longer use recycled bottles to reduce waste and breakage.

  5. We'll Let You Know When It's Ready

We'll text you when your juice is ready to collect. Pick it up whenever best suits you.

  6. Take Home Your Juice

Your pasteurised apple juice is bottled, ready to drink and yours to enjoy. Cider makers — we also press unpasteurised at £1 per litre. A date for this will be agreed at apple drop off and must be collected same day as juicing occurs.
